[Feature Request] Limit amount of worlds loaded

**Feature description**
A configuration option to limit the amount of world loaded at once.

**How the feature is useful**
We have limited ram on the server, but we load / unload different words at a time, but I want users to cleanup worlds they have used, so I want to limit the amount of possible worlds so they have to unload older worlds
