[Idea]: Send message to player after they successfully used the portal

Hello Gents,

I would like to request that a message setting be added to the portals this message would display in chat when the portal is used. I would like to use this to inform my players of what just happened because i have used some large portals as anti cheat systems for my parkour games.

Thx for the -12 cash working to give the player money by the way very handy :D
