Change the layout of the maven project and include a sample project #22

Hi!
I was having a little chat yesterday with @alvaromurillo and we felt we needed a better way to be able to mess with the library.
I would like to suggest that we changed the layout of the project in GitHub to be divided in maven modules, with a parent pom, and include a module with a sample. It would be just like in SmartLocation. I've been throwing some changes in that library and it is very easy to iterate that way, as we can open the parent pom.xml in Android Studio and work directly by making our tests in the sample app - thus being able to debug everything easily.
What do you think?
