@slevis-lmwg diagnostics look good with higher ET from crop regions, as expected with the new dataset that gives us LAI for generic crops.

I think you can use these restart files to provide initial conditions for SP cases on the ne30 grid (even though dates aren't exactly what we want, e.g. 1981, 2001, 2011).
