Description:
Identical to #121, CLM6-SP with CMIP7 datasets and f09 grid, with correction to raw data for generic crop LAI, SAI, etc.

This case used 1850 initial conditions from #121 (to initialize snow pack) and ran for 100 years in the '_1850' case

@slevis-lmwg diagnostics look good with higher ET from crop regions, as expected with the new dataset that gives us LAI for generic crops. You can also see effects on LW downscaling on icesheets on these runs

I think you can use these restart files to provide initial conditions for SP cases on the f09 grid (even though dates aren't exactly what we want, e.g. 1981, 2001, 2011).
