Develop an official Qiime2 plugin for Figaro #4
Description
The Figaro implementation in Q2Pipe works, but it's kind of a hacky way to run things. Best would be to implement an official Qiime2 plugin for this software, which would be more efficient and beneficial for the Qiime2 user community.
This require some work to learn and understand the Qiime2 plugin development and deployment.
