Host https://nvidia.github.io/IsaacTeleop/client at a location accessible from China

Currently, https://nvidia.github.io/IsaacTeleop/client is impacted by the Great Firewall of China. It is super hard to bypass the firewall within a HMD, better to find a different hosting server / CDN that is China friendly.

Impact
When a user opens up https://nvidia.github.io/IsaacTeleop/client in the hmd, the page loads, but the "connect" button doesn't turn green... the overall experiences it not: "oh, i'm blocked by firewall", but rather: "this thing is broken".

A bit more details: access of GitHub was possible from China, but a bit unreliable. the bundle.js has a very short cache, thus causing it seems to be reloaded often.

A potential quick fix (without us improve CDN) is to increase the cache period to be very long and add a hash to the bundle, e.g. (hundle..js), so that it be safely cached for an extensive period of time.

Instead of hosting remotely, simpler to use --host-client flag now which caches to local first before client loads.
