After using docker to start, the generated .pem file will not automatically have the private key address. Can the script be repaired?

Is this an Ethernet private key or something else?

Do you mean Ethereum perhaps? Either way, it's just your private key the node uses to identify you. Sometimes the launch script fails at creating it. Would you be able to share the steps to reproduce the issue you encountered please?
