We would like to add the collection of High-Voltage Transmission Line ordinances to COMPASS. The following categories are of interest:

- Definition / voltage threshold to qualify as a "transmission line"
- Prohibited or Limited-Use Districts: Zoned rural, residential, commercial, light industrial, or agricultural. Includes irrigated farmland, ranch land.
- Excluded lands: historic sites, critical species habitats, wetlands, floodplains, residences, hospitals, schools, daycare centers, institutions of higher education.
