Proof of concept SERI QC and QCFIT software change specification

Note that SERI QC and QCFIT softwares work independently. QCFIT script calls only basic utils functions (splitDate, utcCoversion, calculateZenith, and calculateAirmass) from SERI QC script.

  - Make sure all the data points are visible. Make the plots wider.
  - Airmass editing window: Don't remove the data points. Color them as gray-colors (light gray if within boundaries; dark gray if outside of boundaries)
