[Bug] User input (mostly) stops working

• I'm on the latest version.
• I'm not using a test build (alpha/beta/release-candidate).
• This issue contains only one bug.

Describe the bug

1. Wait for indeterminate amount of time in apps or wherever
2. Go to launcher
3. No user input works, I cannot swipe up to go to app door or open the control panel, the only input that works is clicking on apps to open them
4. Have to force stop launcher to restore user input working

Even swiping down in middle of launcher does not open notifications view, i have to swipe down from top for that as well

Also usually happens after ~12 hours of uptime
