[Feature Request] Option to set folder background?

Guidelines

• I have searched the issue tracker for open and closed issues that are similar to the feature request I want to file, without success.
• I'm on the latest version.
• I'm not using a test build (alpha/beta/release-candidate).
• This issue contains only one feature request.

Problem Description

Folder backgrounds are currently white or close to white, and there doesn't seem to be a way to change them. It doesn't play well with dark backgrounds of the home screen.

Proposed Solution

Add a standard interface to set color, transparency etc.
