[Bug] Socks proxy setting not working

• I'm not using a test build (alpha/beta/release-candidate).
• This issue contains only one bug.

Describe the bug

Socks Proxy settings doesn't work at all.

1. Enter "Service">"Service">"Internet connection".
2. Setup Type "SOCKS proxy" and host, port to socks proxy server (The one I tested is Tor).
3. Back to main interface and click the refresh button.
4. The Neo Store interface remains empty and Tor logs are full of the following:

 09:45:16 [WARN] Fetching socks handshake failed. Closing. [277 duplicates hidden]
 09:45:16 [WARN] Socks version 22 not recognized. (This port is not an HTTP proxy; did you want to use HTTPTunnelPort?) [277 duplicates hidden]

Expected Behavior

Neo Store updated repository catalog through SOCKS proxy correctly.

Additional information

• OS running Tor: Debian 12
• Tor version: 0.4.7.16-1

I have tested that Firefox ESR 128.14 worked with Socks proxy ran by Tor, which clarifies that the issue is not on the Tor side.

Also tested setting up Socks proxy server using Microsocks 1.0.3-2, doesn't work either.
