Steps to reproduce
- Install the NethVoice 1.2.1 update
- Connect an IP Phone and a USB headset
- Ensure NethLink is installed and connected
- Select the IP Phone as the main device in the NethvoiceCTI
- Disconnect the USB headset, leaving only the IP Phone
- Notice the error message appearing
Expected behavior
If an IP Phone is used as the only device, the system should not report the lack of a microphone or camera.
Actual behavior
Even though the IP Phone is properly set up, the system reports a generic permission error, claiming that the microphone and camera are unavailable.
Even after dismissing the error, the banner reappears after a few minutes.
