Backup error with Hetzner destination

After a successful configuration of a S3 Hetzner backup destination the backup fails.

Steps to reproduce

• Configure a Hetzner S3 backup destination with generic S3.
• Schedule and run a backup

Expected behavior

Backup data is saved in the destination.

Actual behavior

An error occurs:

2025/03/23 23:01:38 Failed to rcat: failed to prepare upload: LocationConstraintConflict: The location constraint differs from the location you are trying to access.
