Completely broken in IE

Both the layout and functionality of this project are completely broken in IE. Displays the same across IE6,7,8, and 9. I'm not sure which CSS elements are to blame for this. The project will probably look much better after we've added the HTML5 Shiv/Shim.

Adding Modernizr fixed the failure to style the objects. Looks fine. Only bug in IE is that the content div scrolls vertically when menu is out, but I kind of count myself lucky that that's all that's wrong with it. I'll apply a overflow-y: hidden to #page when :checked tomorrow to see if that resolves the problem there. Also, box-sizing is kind of screwing me up, will probably take it off.
