Missing output folder on the workflow picture

In our workflow image as a location we don't have output folder. For me output folder is named "corrected_images" and it has the images with correct names and it has the file **** survey_data.csv.
On the current workflow figure I would like to add:

• the step when we rename images
• add output folder to the figure
• correct the existing Locations

But I have****survey_data.csv in two locations.

1. within corrected_images folder with new renamed images.
2. in process folder
   we need to keep only one. I am not sure why we have two. maybe it is leftover from the older code.
