Create a stand alone installer and starter

Please create an exe that you can simply install and when started it would just replace the normal Touch functionality, so I can start a game like "Edna the breakout" and use the right mouse-button there and move the mouse without clicking.

TouchMousePointer is quite a good solution already, but its option "No Pad, left/right 2nd finger as L/R click" has some drawbacks:

1. The mouse pointer isn't exactly where I tap.
2. At the moment with that option it only moves the pointer near the location
   (but not exact) and waits for the second finger.

it would be nicer if
a. a short tap (without a second finger) would work like a single mouse-click
on the exact spot.
b. and if you tap on a spot and add the second finger anywhere, that this would
result in a
right-click on the spot of the first finger.
