GDWeave crashing ( Exception code: C0000005 )

I have followed all of the trouble-shooting methods listed to mod the game Webfishing, including installing all associated dependencies. I have reinstalled the game, moved its install folder, used two distinct modmanagers but despite it all GDWeave crashes despite having no mods present. Below is the GDWeave log:
