BO_Mods.bat not working

Constantly getting “Error: dx.device -> CreateTexture(width, height, mipmapCount, usage, imageFormat, memPool, &image-> texture.map, nullptr) failed: Invalid call” upon booting the batch file.
Have tried fresh install and everything, still no changes. I am running the install through D Drive, if you’re curious.
