The html/head/title should always reflect the currently selected Document.
Q1. When no document is selected, what should be selected then?
Q2. Should we append the currently selected editor title too? E.g. "SampleFile1.scd - IED Editor", even if the tab is not large enough to show all of it, it would be displayed in tab switchers and on Tab hover.
