Too many files to update

Currently, to add a new member to the group, we have to edit 1) the Makefile, 2) hdrnav.inc, 3) members.src, and 4) MEMBER.src (where MEMBER is the name of the new person).

It would be better if we could generate a members list by scanning the .src files and twigging on 'content="members"' in the meta tag, then use that list in Makefile, hdrnav.in, and members.src. This would simplify the process of adding/removing group members on the website.

Another (better) fix would be to switch to a real static file generator like jekyll. Of course, that would involve some work too.
