QR CODE SCANNING FAILURE

Everything seems to work fine but if i scan the qrl, i will recieve the following error "can't link new devices at this time. try again later.
Can somebody help me out with this, but if i scan whatsapp web url that doesn't originates from QRLJacker is works.
