Data aggregation (convert detailed to aggregate) #28
Description
Incoming aggregate data can be converted via existing mappings (we think)
But there are use cases where receiving detailed data but need to convert to aggregate OED data (some models require aggregate form only). Consider building in an aggregation step to this data transformation tool.
Are there sufficient use cases to warrant this additional functionality?
May require additional math operations in the mapping file and Py code.
