Double dead key don’t work with WinCompose

Not sure if it can be fixed in Kalamine but I report here to keep track of the problem: with Windows and Ergo‑L MSKLC driver + WinCompose, the double dead key diaeresis (tréma) doesn’t work.

I think they need a fix similar to AutoHotkey/AutoHotkey#331
