Use pH probe's temperature compensation feature

If the EZO probe knows the water temperature then it can report the acidity more accurately. So we should tell it the temperature periodically.

The code already includes a function void PHProbe::setTemperatureCompensation(float) but nothing calls it.

Whenever the pH probe is being calibrated, should the temperature compensation be set to the temperature of the calibrating solutions? Or would we assume that they are the same temperature as the tank?

If we don't have a temperature probe in the solutions, would we ask the user to type the temperatures of the solutions on the keypad?
