"Pick image..." button for "Replace Start button" not working

Describe the bug

Upon clicking the button, it will load for about 4 seconds and never open a window to pick an image.

To reproduce

1. Go to Open-Shell Menu Settings
2. Open the Start Menu Style or Start Button tab
3. Click "Pick image..." (in Start Menu Style) or "..." (in Start Button)
4. See bug (nothing happens after waiting)

Expected behavior

A menu opens to select an image.
