No transparency unless unchecked (W11 25H2, Open-Shell 4.4.196)

Describe the bug

Did a clean windows install and got hit by the new start menu. Decided to give open shell a go, (I've used it previously, on early W11 (2022~). Been trying to get the transparency working well for 2 days now, nothing is working.
Having a look at stuff, it's something that Microsoft changed. Would also be reeaaly nice if there was also an option for no colour, just clear 'acrylic' style. ('Override glass colour' still works)
Same issue with taskbar!

Install Open-Shell on W11 25H2, and try any transparency.

Expected behavior

I expected a more acrylic look, more like W7, like my taskbar.

Exact same boat, reinstalled windows 11, installed openshell for the first time, no transparency.

do you have the windows 11 Transparency effects enabled in Settings > Accessibility > Visual effects

Yes, I have transparency effects enabled. I think the issue is the same as #2340, as I think that the current way of transparency has been removed from newer versions of Windows 11.

It seems also that this would fix the issue of the taskbar being solid (using acrylic), but, dont quote me on that.
