Status of HydroBaseWeb access to approved data?

The "historical" data appears to be available via https://dwr.state.co.us/Rest/GET/Help/Api/GET-api-v2-surfacewater-surfacewatertsday I believe this data was previously available via TSTool. What is the plan for access to this data? The TSTool command ReadColoradoHydroBaseRest appears to only access the https://dwr.state.co.us/Rest/GET/Help/Api/GET-api-v2-telemetrystations-telemetrytimeseriesday endpoint.

A project was awarded to update TSTool to process historical station time series. That project was canceled due to COVID-19. I will mention your interest to the State of Colorado people in an email to see if they have insight into what the future might look like.
