Compatibility with NXarpes

The new proposed data structure is partially compatible with NXarpes, although some points are conceptually different. The new proposed dictionary should maximize compatibility while, if possible, NXarpes might relax some constraints.

We would need to inquire how much code has been developed for NXarpes and on which elements of the definition it hinges.
