Export parquet files

Description

Export parquet files to ensure all observations are included.

Pre-requisite: A synkronus server populated with observations (incl. deletions, modified observations etc.)

Steps

1. Login to the endpoint from the CLI
2. Export the parquet files
3. Validate parquest files in e.g. python/RStudio/positron to ensure that the number of observations is correct, that all data is included and up-to-date
4. Validate expected attachments are available
