Test the "one-of-each" form

Description

Create or re-use the "one-of-each" formspec (ie. a jsonform spec that includes at least one of each supported question type).

Pre: Formulus is connected to a synkronus instance and has an updated app_bundle containing a one-of-each form.

Steps

1. Open the one-of-each form to create and finalize a couple of new observations.
2. Edit one of the observations and finalize
3. Leave one observation as a draft and verify it can be resumed
4. Syncronize (push) the observations to the Synkronus endpoint
