User creation

Pre: a working instance of Synkronus

Steps

1. Login as administrator on the instance of synkronus (eg. http://???.synkronus.cloud)
2. In the portal go to user management and create a new user
3. Log-out
4. Log-in as the newly created user on the portal
5. Log-in as the newly created user from Formulus or the CLI to verify

Expected Result

Server should create the new user
