One capability currently lacking in the Communication editor is to add an address for a part of a ConnectedAP.
If some portion of a ConnectedAP doesn't have a communication address instantiated, e.g.
Then the Communication editor doesn't provide any visibility of it or way to instantiate it (in fact, currently none of the OpenEnergyTools distribution plugins do, I think).
It can be done by removing the complete ConnectedAP and then adding it back in. This is undesirable because the addressing information for other information is lost.
I think it is most important that this functionality be added to the publisher plugin (see OpenEnergyTools/oscd-publisher#16) but it could be considered whether it should be available here.
I think what would be required is an add button and a menu for GSE/SMV/Address elements but perhaps there is a better UI approach.
