New fetch: sandboxes

Ideally we should:

- Default the alias to the project id
- Add a `sandbox:` key to the yaml file
- Include `parent-name`, `parent-id` and `parent-uuid` on the sandbox key, as well as colour metadata

Note that the provisioner already includes parent id and sandbox metadata, so we can do this right away
