Rationalise Release Notes #52
Description
The release notes page is getting quite unwieldy. Now that #50 is done, we need more space for the new additions to the library for each release and cannot load thousands of images on this page.
So need to come up with a better way of presenting this.
Perhaps automatically parse release notes and split releases into individual pages (use same auto-generated page mechanism as the main library documentation). Would be nice to have a summary of the release on the landing page, with more details on individual pages. Or lazy loading?
