Activate sass errors and stop compiling if not fulfilled

**Current behavior**
Currently if you build the client it is possible to run openslides with sass errors 


**Wanted behavior**
https://github.com/OpenSlides/openslides-client/pull/5944#issuecomment-3996950877
The warnings should be turned into errors and potentionally stop the build from the client
