Fix tooltip for sort in account and participant lists

Describe the bug
While hovering over "Sort" in the search bar in a list, usually shows a tooltip for the current/default sort criterium. This does not work when first opening the accounts and participant lists.

How to Reproduce

1. log in
2. navigate to > Committees (or in meeting e.g. to motions)
3. hover over "Sort" -> tooltip with "Title"

4. navigate to > Accounts (or in a meeting to > Participants)
5. hover over "Sort" -> no tooltip

Expected behavior
The tooltip also appears when the default sorting ws not changed.

Additional context
After changing the sort criterium in the participant/accounts list, the tooltip is displayed correctly.
