Cryptocat mentioned as an [open source secure chat app](https://github.com/OpenTechFund/secure-chat/blob/master/chat-projects.md#open-source-projects)  This tool has been [shut down by its creator.](http://web.archive.org/web/20160222145547/https://crypto.cat/) It should be updated to include its current shutdown state.
