The max scroll pos of a a panel inside of a tab is too small #4
Description
Initially reported by @ClaudiusJ as #586:
Add a panel to a tab, add a bunch of buttons to the panel, when the scrollbar appears, scroll to the bottom --> the last button is not fully visible.
Appears in MAR-GUI.
