When I try to run peca_core_bin with my own data I get:
$ peca_core_bin input_params.txt

When I run it with the example data it works. I tried to format my data like the example, but I am apparently doing something wrong. What could account for this error? I'd be happy to email you my dataset, but I'd rather not post it publicly here.
