Moonlight sonata demo throws exception in Safari #13
Description
When playing the moonlight.html demo in Safari on Mac (or on iOS), after a few notes playback stops and the error console reports:
InvalidStateError: DOM Exception 11: An attempt was made to use an object that is not, or is no longer, usable.
This occurs at musical.js:381.
