scripts reference txt files for final data, annotations, metadata and batch. How do these files relate to the files downloadable from GEO (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE125044)?

Hi, is there anybody out there? Unfortunately scripts without text files make it impossible to reproduce the results of the paper... Thanks for your consideration!
