srtsrc can not use

Hello,

I have tried to use your gstreamer-build.sh with your default value.
When I tried with "gst-launch-1.0 srtsrc uri=srt://my ip address:8888 ! decodebin ! autovideosink sync=false".
Then it shows there is no srtsrc element error.
Would you check this case?

I would like to use your solution with omx enc and decoder feature on Raspi.

congratulations for your project.. It was really helpful and straightforward even for users with no experience at all (like me)
however, after installing srt , gstreamer and rpicamsrc according to your guide, when i try to give to my raspberry the command that you mention
gst-launch-1.0 -v rpicamsrc preview=true sensor-mode=5 bitrate=8000000 ! video/x-h264,width=1640,height=922,framerate=40/1,profile=baseline ! mpegtsmux ! srtsink uri=srt://:8888
i get an error saying --> WARNING: erroneous pipeline: no element "srtsink"

After searching a bit i think that gstreamer just cannot find the srt libraries in the correct locations.. But i am not familiar with all that stuff, so i am stuck.. Could you help me fix this problem ???

I had similar issues. I was able to solve them by deinstalling everything Gstreamer-related via apt. What is the output of gst-launch1.0 --version?

i managed to make the srt be recognized by gstreamer by uninstalling gstreamer-related staff via apt as you mentioned.. I have just came back to this issue so i have just seen your comments..
When i hit gst-launch1.0 --version the version is 1.16.3.

However when i give the command:
gst-launch-1.0 -v rpicamsrc preview=true sensor-mode=5 bitrate=8000000! video/x-h264,width=1640,height=922,framerate=40/1,profile=baseline ! mpegtsmux ! srtsink uri=srt://:8888

I get the following error:

ERROR: Pipeline doesn't want to pause.
ERROR: from element /GstPipeline:pipeline0/GstSRTSink:srtsink0: Could not open resource for writing.
