Tips & Tricks documentation

It would be helpful to add a "Tips & Tricks" page/section to the documentation. This could be used to document optimizations settings, algorithms, flags, etc. that we have found most effective for certain types of problems. These would be recommendations based on user experience that we could updated more frequently than in published papers.

For example, recommend using sgd optimizer at the end of a second-stage coil optimization.
