Where are server files located? [SOLVED]

I set the location under volume - this works fine for valhiem, other games etc - and when starting up the server it generates the DATA and GAMESFILES folder in the specified location, but they are empty. The logs show it saving to Z: drive (No idea what or where this is). Any ideas?

Edit. I note under the install notes, it states that save game data is saved to the DATA folder, but these remain empty for me - both at start up, during and after exiting the server.

EDIT: I am clearly blind. I forgot to " " enclose the save location. Don't forget that kids! :D
