Update Transmission and Simulation documentation (wiki) - Newick string inputs #143
Description
The wiki states that users may provide the host transmission tree in Newick string format (Transmission case 1). I think this would have been accomplished using the attach.tree function in simOuterTree.R which I believe is no longer in use.
