"Need Help" update

If we can't seem to get access to the GitBook repo, we're going to need to update all of the places that link to the documentation. My plan is just to update the wiki in this repo, moving the documentation back there.

Not a problem - if and when you need the URL changed, just let me know. Looks like it appears in the readme.txt that powers https://wordpress.org/plugins/pressforward/, as well as on the 'getting started' dashboard page and the 'Need Help' link in the Reader interface.

I think those are the spots. I've updated the wiki, so if we change point to https://github.com/PressForward/pressforward/wiki from all the places, that would be great.
