Discard the first element of an input stream

In Lighthouse.streamInput we should discard the first element, like in Rust: ProjectLighthouseCAU/lighthouse-rust@fb750a3

(That is to say, until we have a better, potentially server-sided solution for this, see ProjectLighthouseCAU/beacon#14 for details.)
