Cannot install .net framework 3.5

Hi,

I have followed the github guide to install the dual boot of win 11 on odin pro. But for some reason it won't install .net framework 3.5. I have installed everything else on the community sheet essentials section from here:-

I have tried through optional features and get error code: 0x800f0950.

I have also tried through making an iso of windows on usb and getting it that way but it then gives me another error code (see photo)

My end game is to be able to play games on steam, tomb raider chronicles, angel of darkness, legend, underworld and others.

If anyone could point out what I'm doing wrong or has a solution I would be eternally grateful!

Same issue here - tried multiple routes with no luck. Haven't been able to get any games to launch without it.
